John and I are very traditional, so one of the things we did was have the top layer of our cake saved so we could freeze it and eat it for our first anniversary. Not only was I super excited to get it out of our freezer (it took up A LOT of room), but I was also excited to celebrate this tradition with my husband and enjoy our delicious wedding cake. Even though it had been frozen for a year, it actually tasted amazing and wasn't freezer burned at all. Anyway, here's a couple of pics of our cake when we ate it yesterday, and the last photo is a picture of our cake in all its glory on our wedding day. Yum!
